Help adjusting C6 pedals

I just recieved a nice D10. The E9 neck there is no problems. The C6 neck was never played so as there was no setup (adjustments) Everything is in place just to much travel for pedals to work on 3 of 4 pedals. Any suggestions on how to adjust or someone not to far from Auburn,NY to help. I love the sound and want to adjust it right. Thanks Bob Moore
