Don't have the tune but I'll be happy to share some of the ambiance... :)

I'm gonna start recording XM-13, too many tunes being missed.

Music hath the charm to soothe a savage beast, but I'd try a 10mm first.

Connie,

I have uploaded the track to my website:

It comes from the 1968 album "Here's Conway Twitty".

Enjoy!

I thought so. Didn't John Hughey join Conway in 1969? So this one comes from the "pre-John Hughey era"...

Thanks, Gene!

Walter, the era from 1964 to 1968 was a transitional period for Conway while he was re-establishing himself as a country artist. I quit full-time music in 1964 for a career with the Oklahoma City Fire Department and could no longer keep up with the out of town travel, then Lew worked for Conway until he hired John in 1968.

I was lucky enough to get to save the "Working Girl" video of Conways. It had Lew Houston on steel and has about the same ride on it. Great player! Hi Gene! Ray

If I'm not mistaken, "Dim Lights, Thick Smoke And Loud Loud Music" was the "B" side of Conway's "The Image Of Me"..does anyone know if this is, indeed, correct?
