Howdy Ebb,

The nice thing about playing to a well done rhythm track is they are in pitch which makes it very easy to play to.

In live settings my band plays extremely loud and many times I can't hear myself clearly so there's no telling how sharp or flat I may be.

I do enjoy posting some of my efforts because it's nice to be able to hear what others are doing and possibly pick up a new way to approach a melody differently.

Thanks for the compliment.

DW, Just came down with the morning hot beverage and firing up the studio to try and do an acoustic guitar track today and gave yours a listen. Man thats a great balance of some classic good playing! Thx 4 posting it. This one will try to post in a week or so - GW.

I appreciate the compliment so much.

Lately I have been working on Together Again and it's kicking my butt trying to get the raw emotion Tom Brumley gave that song.

Usually I run through a few takes of a tune until it feels right and mistakes are at a minimum before I post but I'm having heck putting the same feeling in it that Tom did.

Maybe I'll get it soon.

Hope to hear some tunes from you in the near future.

Dick, that is just some awesome and very tasteful playing. I really like the way you sorta alternate styles into you playing. I do that alot because it makes it fun. Great job. I'll be in Dallas Friday and Sat.morning hanging around the Rains booth some and would love to me all you guys,---Henry

Henry,

I will be there Saturday. I usually eat lunch there and then just wander from room to room for few hours so I will most likely see you at some point.

Thanks for the compliment.
