Yes, it is a 1940 Gibson EH-100. They switched the model's specifications in 1940 before discontinuing the model in 1941.

Joe,i'm gonna be a nitpicker : even though the one you show us seems to be in mint condition, for the price he's sellin' it i prefer the later model w: the knobs together on the other side & the morning star inlay on the headstock
