My wife and I just wanted to say thanks for a fantastic evening last week at the Marriott. It was great to finally meet you in person and I thank you for taking the time out to come down from the North Shore for a very memorable evening. I hope we can do it again one day.

I was a pleasure to meet and talk with you. Your fantastic personality is only matched by your playing and the love of your instrument. I made it over to Harry’s Music were I found one of your CDs (Stranger Here). I have already played at least 6 times. I came home and played San Antonio Rose in your honor
JoLene and I are finally home but our memories of our new found friendships and the wonderful music will not be forgotten.

Ahhh yes, good times...
Indeed! Truly a pleasure to have had a short but sweet time together enjoying Bobby on stage with The Martin Pahinui Group. Merely a week's vacation in the islands can never be enuf, but a future visit will allow for an even better time for you and your wife, and I'll be looking forward to it, asap.
I'll be heading out the door momentarily to Bobby's pad and will pass along the message. I'm bummed I had to run so soon into the show, as I'm sure you and he had some good conversation. It's great that you made it that night and got a good taste of the real thang.
Cool that you found hallowed ground at Harry's Music. Did you see inside Jerry's old closet size studio?
Do get Bobby's first CD effort, Steel Reflections, as well. It should be in everyone's CD collection.
All the best Sam, and keep humping that '53 Fender quad!
