This evening on YouTube I listened to a radio broadcast of an Opry Tour show, from 1949. The show was in Berlin, Germany. There was a still photo of Red Foley, Little Jimmy Dickens & Hank Williams.

Hank Williams was singing a tune and when the instrumental came up, Hank said, Alright Billy.
Does anyone have an idea who Billy would be on the Opry in 1949?
