John Hughey's own great track for this song is found on the Track CD version of his own "Classics" instrumental CD.
It can be obtained from Jean Hughey through their website, which is http://www.johnhughey.com/.
Of course it would be great to get the right track directly from the source--it matches the tab exactly.

What a marvelous tribute to dear John Hughey!
Of course, we all want to play his music...however, I am still playing my lap Eddie Alkire Eharp tuning. I just simply cannot find the sheet music to this song. All I need are the usual notes, chords and lyrics (no tabs). Could your furnish that?
