Hi, everyone,
Bill and I want to share our holiday greetings with all of you, our steel guitar friends! (As you can see, I've still been too lazy to register myself at the forum.)
There's a sweet story behind this caricature of Bill and me. When we started with the Wilde USA guitars, Bill and I put together an incredible team with a great spirit. One of the guys was an artist and had worked for a time with a major comic book outfit. While Bill and I were attending the January'97 Namm show to introduce the guitars, they sent us a care box. When we opened it, sitting on top was this funny sketch of Bill and me! Even though it took Claud only a couple of minutes to do, I've treasured it all these years.
We hope you enjoy it too.
Becky

Greetings Bill And Becky. Best of all to you and yours for the coming years. Stay happy and healthy.
Bill, that pickup you built for my 14 string EXCEL is probably the very best I have ever used. The note separation in all my chords is nice and clean-from my high first string (G#) to my low 094 E string no. 14. Thanks, and many happy New Years for all of you.
