Wiiliams Keyless D-10 400 series.
Ebony lacquer on Figured maple. Standard Emmons set up Keyless With Case.
This features Bills own handwound single coil pickups. His attention to detail is amazing. The magnet pole pieces on the pickups are jeweled on the end. The rest of the guitar shows similar attention to detail.
I bought this guitar at the convention in 2002 so it’s a one owner guitar. Pedals are quiet and have a smooth, easy but positive feel. I’m not going to tell you that it never breaks strings, it has broken one string since I’ve had it. I blame that on the string.
This guitar has something that is hard to find on a modern pedal steel guitar: a tone control!! Boowaa!
If this guitar is so good, why an I selling it? Here’s a hint. [8 X 8 Willy 600 quilted maple]
The Price is Negotiable. I will take part trade if you have a Martin or a tele with B-Bender or a tweed amp that interests me. Paypal accepted or Money order.
More pictures available on request. I'd love to keep this as a practice/studio guitar but "she who must be obeyed" thinks otherwise.

Schweet!
Hey Larry,
I noticed you have playing through a Delta Blues amp. Those tube amps are hard to beat for tone. Thats the only reason I'm selling my Nash 112.
What a beautiful guitar!
Man, I wish I had the cash................
And keyless to boot!!!

Delta Blues
Curt,
That's my small venue rig now. I put a neodynium 15" speaker in and trimmed 5 punds off the wieght!
Hope someone falls in love with my old Williams. I still can't get over the fact that Bill jeweled the pole pieces, all 20 of them. He uses Wallace True Tones now, so this is something you can't get anymore.
Personally, the only change I'd make is to replace the tone control knob with a Tele knob for a better grip with your pinky.
