Post by Dave Van Allen »

I've posted another excerpt from Last Train Home's Live @ IOTA DVD on the YouTube

Eric Brace's "Quarter to Three" (in a medley with the folk/blues standard "Come Back Baby")

Eric Brace = Vocal and Rhythm Guitar. Yours Truly on PSG, Steve Wedemeyer = Tele, Jen Gunderman = Keys, Jim Gray = Bass, Martin Lynds = Drums and bkg vox, Chris Watling = Saxophone, Kevin Cordt = Trumpet

Hope you enjoy it, and let me know what you think if you are so inclined

Nice medley, especially liked the horn arrangement. Mr Brace has a good voice, and his tune has that kind of Lonesome Prairie vibe to it. 8)

Oh, and the Steel ride wasn't anywhere near long enough >:-)

Hey Dave, Nice sound, I enjoyed it. You have enough instrumentation to keep things interesting. The keyboard gal gets a nice Hammond sound.
I enjoyed your bluesy ride, the nice bar shiver about five minutes in, and the nice fills on the last verse. Sounds like a fun group to work with. Can you make any money paying that many pieces???
