Hey Terry,
Well, for some reason, known only to my wife, she seems think I have enough musical instruments. She does not know that to a half fast muscian like myself, that you can never have enough instruments. Besides all the six strings, bass guitars and amps, on the steel side and for the 3 years I have been attempting to play the steel, I have a Fender S-10 beginner, a ZB Custom D-10 and last year, I purchased a BMI S-10 and a new Fender Steel King. However, to be perfectly honest, I prefer to "play" them all through my Fender Twin. It just seems to warm the sound even though it has 2 12's in it and not a 15. Just me I guess. What's really bad is, I only live about 2 1/2 hours from Bobbe's place and I am really coveting a new Emmons. My wife won't let me go there alone!!! Wonder why???
And if you have any advice for a novice player like myself, feel free as I will gladly take any pointers from anyone that offers.
How about yourself, tell me about your rig.

Thanks,
Wally

I'm counting this as a Christmas present even though I sold 2 pieces of gear to get it. A Mesa Boogie Studio pre amp. I've been wanting one for a long time. The way this worked out, I sold my gear within 3 days and had the pre amp within 4 days and I'm loving it.
