Wanted to buy: Knee lever assemblies

Post by Brandon Green »

I have a home-grown fixer-upper that I would like to add some knee levers to. Does anybody have some knee lever assemblies for sale, or know where some can be purchased for a reasonable price?

What size are the cross shafts? Are they round or square? Roy Thomas at Pedalmaster has them or maybe Jerry Fessenden has them. If its an shobud type, try Duane Marrs or John Coop. Give them a call,

Bill Rudolph of Williams guitars has complete knee lever kits, including cross shafts, bellcranks, changer rods, keeper springs, nylon tuners, spacers for the tuners. I'm sure he could fix you up.

Brandon,

Give me a PM, or email me. I have some extra hardware. I have one, or two KL's, pull rods, bell cranks, cross shafts and even one pedal.

The cross shafts are 6 1/4" in length and 5/8" in diameter (round). The knee lever is worn out and the bellcranks are stripped, so I'll probably be better off just to buy an entirely different assembly. They weren't that great to begin with.
