I guess if i'd read the top of the video i'd know what song it was but it does have some similarities to Gene Watson's song.

Is that Gene Watson's "When we got down to nothing,Nothing sure looked good on you" ?
Could be, but it sounds even closer to Merle Haggard's "Holdin' Things Together."
