JIM COHEN- more YouTubes

Post by Jim Cohen »

Several people have asked me to post these. Initially I hesitated because each of them has at least one clam. But, in the end, I decided to take the 'Popeye approach' and say 'I Yam What I Yam'. So, if ya like yams with clams, maybe you'll enjoy these. And, if not, let's just forget I ever mentioned it, okay? ;)

Cheers,
Jimbeaux

Jimbeaux, great videos. No clams during your set. But that other guy who played.... I don't think he is going to get invited back.

Jim-I took the time to download and listien to all 5 of your videos, even though it was slow with my Dial-Up. Cant get anything faster here. I got some of those on your Audio CD.

Of course , I liked your great rendition of take 4, it was real jazz and you took it all the way to the top, just fine.

All your playing is top notch, but I especially liked on E9 ,your rendition of "Tara's Theme". Very inspiring.

Thanks for putting my old YouTube on your Jazz Website, I don't really belong there with all you Jazz Greats, but I appreciate it, as my playing was always slanted to the jazz side, even in my country playing. Thanks...al.:):)
