Here is a fine example of a steel guitar legend at work.
The video is a bit `squashed`, making the lads look like they've been on an emergency diet. Doesn't detract from the playing, though.

:) I saw this video a few days ago and it really got me worried to see both, Maurice and LT so thin... I wrote Maurice asking how he felt. He then explained to me the problem with the video and that they are doing well :D

that was just great :) maurice has such great feel for the p.s.g he was very first person i herd playing jazz steel from the old l.p's :o was reece playing a d-10
or d-12 m.s.a anybody know?

I saw Maurice playing a D-10 psg in 1969 at the DJ Convention, but his 1st album was on sale in 67--69 era and I believe he used a S-12 psg w/ his Bb Tuning, on the album.

:D One of the finest Hawaiin steels in the business; in my opinion [ steel guitarist, that is ]Reece sounds just as great on a slide guitar as on a pedal guitar. This man is an extrordinary player when it comes to any type of steel guitar. One of the finest renditions of Harbor Lights that I've had the privelege of hearing. Good job, Reece..Bernie :D :whoa:
