I can cover you for 12 with Maurice Andersons tuning. From top to bottom D-B-G-E-C-A-G-E-C-A-F-D. What you'd add to that to get 13 I don't know. Maybe a C# between strings 8 and 9? For a 10 string tuning you could leave off 1 and 2, or 11 and 12, or 1 and 12. You could also use the late Tom Morrell's 10 string tuning. I never get it quite right. But it's something like G#-F#-E-C#-B-G#-F#-E-B-E. Someone will correct me. I'm sure there's a D in there somewhere.

Ed, you're right-- string 9 is not B, it's D.

I like this tuning below; as it gives me options to change the tuning from a C6th(FM9) to a D13+9 without changing string gauges.
Tab:

(C6th)                  (D13+9)       (Guage)
1) G     down 1/2>        F#          .012p
2) E     down whole>      D           .015p
3) C     down 1/2>        B           .018p
4) A     stay same>       A           .022p
5) G     down 1/2>        F#          .026w
6) E     stay same        E           .030w
7) C     up whole>        D           .036w
Cool Bb    up whole>        C           .038w
9) A     stay same>       A           .042w
10 F     up 1/2>          F#          .054w
