Here's a link to a recording I did recently with my new Stage One pedal steel. The artist's name is Bruce Mukala and the song is called Cypress Street. I played dobro and pedal steel on this one:

Thank you for listening. At the risk of being moved to the recording forum ( ) here's the specifics of the recording. The signal chain is guitar-pedal-HR Deluxe-SM57-BR-600. I usually recieve a song via e-mail in .wav or .mp3 format. If it's in mp3 format I have to convert to .wav format using a program called Creative Wave Studio that came with the sound card on my lap top. I then load that to a BR-600 via usb. Then I use that track as reference and add whatever tracks I need to. The new tracks are transfered to the lap top via usb as .wav files. I then e-mail the files back to the sender and he loads them up to his DAW and does the mix. The .wav files are usually too big to actually e-mail so I use a service called yousendit.com that allows me to upload the files to thier server and they send a link to the recipient.

Very nice. I like that style of music a lot, and your steel and dobro playing sounded just right. I enjoyed it.
