As Dave said... why not just open and account? With that said I would like to give a bit of advice if you do. Go to your bank and open a seperate checking account just for your paypal transactions. Let them know you don't require any paper checks and it will just be used for online transactions. Thi...

I can't attest to anything solid about the guy but he did have one item for sale and he was posting a picture and I found the same picture buried in another forum from something like a year ago. I mentioned that in his thread and I got the impression he was a little red faced being caught not postin...

It looks a awful lot like this picture and the seller is in California. Just wondering.

You can use the internal soundcard if you like. But if you're concerned with latency and quality you may want to look at these... You can connect via Firewire or USB http://www.rme-audio.de/en_index.php http://www.echoaudio.com Or a little more consumer grade... http://www.m-audio.com Just be sure t...

You do have the option of setting up separate profiles for each user (login and pwd). Then you can restrict their ability to download and install programs. Then when they try to do it again they will get a message saying they do not have permission to complete that action.

You can always have an RFID chip installed. This way if the thing shows up 5 years later and you have a copy of the police report you're probably going to get it back.

Check out SNAGG.com (I have no affiliation with them).

Like Ron said, the Dynalaps are topnotch. I have one and the tone will amaze you. Run it through a small tube amp, and wow, old time sound. So you're saying it would sound good through one of these? :whoa: I guess I may have just found a use for it. It's been sitting around just doing nothin' http:...

I'll bet Jim Palanscar of steel Guitars of North County (San Diego) could have your Rick up and running in no time. Give him a call. Although I do plan on purchasing a new guitar I will definately check out his business. I searched around for a set of new tuners but all the specs I was seeing told ...

Richard,

There are usually 2 places you'll see the ^. The one to the left of the strobe indicates sharp/flat. The other denotes that you are at "High E". This arrow is next to the "E" note designation. As long as the strobe is flat, you should be good.

Many times when you burn a DVD or any other type of disk for that matter there will be a "auto-play" option to select when you burn the disk.

Thanks for both the replies. I may just go the new tuner route but I do want to get a new "toy". I'm going to give it another day or 2 and see what other suggestions come up before I pull the trigger one way or another.

First Post:: I need a new Lap Steel

Although I've been playing guitar for 40 something years I've never really given the lap steel a chance. I currently have a late 40's, early 50's Rick 6 string that's been sitting around doing nothing so I'm giving it go. The problem with the guitar is that the tuners a shot and keeping it in tune c...
