Anyone recognize the tuner mount he has on there? You can see it clearly around 0:50 And 1:15. I think it's just a boss or something in a gray mount. I was looking to do the same thing, but can't find anything about it.

Glad I spotted this before starting a new topic. I've got a S10 GFI Ultra that I'm having the same problem with--the 4th string E returns flat from D#--even after a setup at Steel Guitar Nashville. I'll try out what you suggested, thanks.
