Good morning to all; :) First as always, I would like to thank everyone who has taken up their time to try and help me - with my amplifier education, by posting to this thread, and by private emails. After reading each and every post over and over, (Yes, Mr. Sliff, yours included) and doing some ser...

Jim Sliff Hello, Well, that time your post actually said something. If only for the fact that you were frustrated with me for my comment concerning your 192 words of abbreviations, and rude guffaw's, at other posters expense. As far as my musical experience, I don't know how I could have made it muc...

Good Morning to all, :D I have carefully read each and every post and wish to thank everyone who took the time to post a thoughtful reply to my original question. After much thought, I would now like to ask: Why ** NOT ** a Peavey EFX 258 ? It's a 25w - with built-in - about everything ever thought ...

Jim Sliff Sir, your post was 192 words long. And, other than please you -- I can find no helpful purpose in the entire 192 words of it what-so-ever. All you said, - that I could understand - was to berate others for their opinions, (which I asked for and appreciated.) You made no suggestions, you co...

Hello Mike; :) Thank-you for the reply, so the "EMMONS" or "DAY" and other setups are just a matter of preference, and could probably be changed at most PS-shops? That would seem to mean that setups aren't really an issue, (unless it's a student-model where it can't be changed.) ...

OK, with that sa...
