Someone wanted to know how this compares to the TT15. To my ear, in my Evans SE200, this speaker has good bottom end for C6 and a smooth top end without being spikey. But in a band situation it won't cut through the mix like a TT15 will. So don't buy this thinking it will sound like a Travis Toy spe...

Agree with you Jack. I would not buy a 202 just for that. I already had one and just tried it to see if it works.

If your V8 has a 1/4 inch output, go from that to the effects return on the 202.

If all you have is XLR output, you might need Brad's advice.

Not a V8, but my Revelation preamp and Tone Block 202 work well together. I go from preamp out to effects return on the 202. That gives me access to the power amp and the reverb in the 202.

Thanks David. I was afraid to pull those bass strings up not knowing what guage they are. I have a standard set of strings on order to compare.

My new Recording King square neck resonator guitar arrived today. It was a store demo model, and came tuned to a G chord with a D on the bottom, DGDGBD.
How common is that tuning?

This is my first resonator guitar, so I have a lot to learn.
