It looks like some of the down-line bell cranks might be forcing the B pedal rods and the B pedal shaft away from the pedal stop.

As a practical matter, a .070 gauge string is about the largest size string that will fit through the eye of a tuning key post. It does resemble this Guyatone HG-56. I was not able to plug-in but that booth did have a few other odd-ball instruments.... mostly acoustic.

No way it's from the 30's. I'm thinking Guyatone, perhaps?
