Its an MCI with a EMCI decal. I believe the EMCI's where made with an extruded cabinet, this one is wood.

Check to see if the rod that raises your F has enough slack. Then tune the F with the lever compressed with the tuner on the key head. Then tune the E with the nut on the lowering rod. Steve, Does you E lower to D# too, if so, you might need to adjust your return spring on that rod.

What size are the cross shafts? Are they round or square? Roy Thomas at Pedalmaster has them or maybe Jerry Fessenden has them. If its an shobud type, try Duane Marrs or John Coop. Give them a call,
