Expedition E9 tab book

I bought the Expedition E9 tab book and CD from b0b about 6 months ago, but I lost the book in a recent move. Does anybody have one of these with which they wouldn't mind parting? Otherwise, I will reorder the whole package from the Forum.

Studio Steel: More (Historical) Questions

I might be pressing my luck, but after the great response to my first questions here, I am going to try posing some more. If you are wondering why this crazy person is asking these nutty questions, you can refer to the personal info in my previous post (http://steelguitarforum.com/Forum15/HTML/01383...

Oh, I almost forgot to follow up on Ernest's super-helpful reply re: Maness and the "Dukes of Hazzard" (and I apologize in advance for my rank ignorance here)-- what is the TV Film agreement? Do you know who negotiated it (AFM? The entetainment guilds?) How long has it been in effect? Agai...

Chas, it is insane that anybody would say that you suck. On the contrary, you rock. Thanks for the info on the film music angle-- a very valuable example. I wonder-- does Jay Dee Maness, for instance, get any sort of royalties or residuals for the "Dukes of Hazzard" cues? (which, incidenta...

Questions For All Session/Studio Steel Players

Hello, Steel Guitar Forum! Could you help me with some questions (of a historical nature) I have re: studio/session playing? My intention here is to get some facts straight, so that the tremendous history of the contribution of steel players to country music is not lost. I would be eternally gratefu...

Just wanted to mention that I recently had the good fortune to be back in Austin, and was able to get a hold of Neil for a few hours of delightful steel guitar talk and mind-blowing viewing from Neil's incredible collection of vintage country music videos... whoa! Listening to Neil play "Namele...

I had another mind-blowing lesson with Neil Flanz this week, and wanted to bump this ad up so the word would continue to spread about how amazing a pedal steel teacher he is. Neil's standard lesson time is a "generous hour" (which is always a lot longer than 60 minutes!). I let him know by...

Hello everybody. All of the praise for Neil Flanz's private lessons above is absolutely true... if anything it understates Neil's amazing talents as a teacher! I have been taking lessons with Neil for almost two years, ever since Ricky Davis did me the kind of favor of letting me know that Neil was ...
