My speaker came with two gaskets. One on the inside and one on the outside of the mounting edge. Depending on the mount front load or rear load. Remove the gasket you don’t need and the screws were plenty long enough. For my Nashville 112 I removed the back gasket (not needed )…

thanks everyone for the advise the job is finished and was much easier then I thought...
The video was helpful but, I did use an old deep well socket to tap the insert back in...

Look at the new speaker closely my new PF250 came with a seal on front and back of the speaker for front or rear load installation. I simple removed the seal I didn't need (the rear seal ) and installed it in my Nashville 112. the screws were then long enough... I also took my time and saved the sea...
