reinstalling a supersustan pickup in an older MSA

There are three places to lock down the pickup, two on the back one on the front. I can't get the front anjustment to seat righ and not end up with part of the spring on top where only the screw should be. What am I doing wrong, Can someone help ...... I have pictures, dont know how to put them on h...

and lower.but guess its a bad idea for adding a fp.

trying to soften a hard pushing pedal

On a msa with triple raise changer, need to find where to
put rods for which amount of travel. can't get my head around the way it works.....
working on franklin pedal and the pedal pushes way to hard...

I have a dvd instruction video from Home Spun, with Rob Ickes and the finger picks he is using have a double finger band. Regular picks are just not what I need for dobro. Anyone have any idea who makes them?

Prdfex hook up

Lane,went from guitar to volume pedal to right chanel in, then right chanel out to amp, checked volume in and out, both set at 5. Getting nothing. This was a Ken Fox no battery unit.. it shows which program so I know it is turned on....
