Hi All... I am looking to buy an amp for my PSG. As I live in Australia, my options for buying a dedicated PSG amp are very limited. I have managed to find for sale both a Peavey Session 400 and a Session 500. I was wondering if there is a major difference in the amps? Has anyone owned one of each? ...

Bobby, This is from the CD called "Dire Straits - On The Night". The song is Romeo & Juliet (track 4) this is just the outro. It's a awesome CD with Paul Franklin really showing how a great PSG can be in rock. Knopfler also plays some fantastic stuff (of course)... ------------------ G...

Rick... as a new steel player, I would love to check out new licks. Personally, I'm not realy into speed licks or licks that emulate guitar (speed is one thing I ain't got), I like mellow steel playing based more on feel than speed. I'd also love some licks that use chords in them as well. Thanks......
