I would be playing strickly Hawaiian music for solos and fill in background vocals. What tuning would be best for all 3 necks or can I get by with ...

Know that tuning
Hello Steeler,
Can anyone tell me who's the artist that played the steel music and what tuning in John Wayne's 1960 movie Donovan's Reef?
And on the new Nickelodeon Cartoon program called Rocket Power. There's some nice steeling in the back ground as well?
Thanks,
Oscar Usman
