Some honky tonk, some standards, some current, some rock. $100 for the night. Big crowds. Fun show. Dave Z. or Bobby Lee come to mind but if anyone else is available ...

Hi Patrick,

Thanks for the offer, but setup time is 1pm and sound check is 4pm with a 7pm show so I can't make it. Next time though.

Thanks

Again thanks for all the responses. Just to clarify, I understand the concept of dragging prices down in music. I made a living doing music for 15 years. I now do the gigs I want to do and don't rely on this business for my primary income. This gig is a favor for the owner and it pays $600 for one n...

You sound like my wife. Image

I know, we play better paying gigs than this also, but this is what this gig is.

Now, I'm hoping merchandise sales will be good.

This is one of those exposure gigs and of course Brooks and Dunn are getting con$$iderably more expo$$ure than we are.

I don't think I'd be out there playing if I were trying to get rich though. Image

Hi All, My band, Swift Kick, is playing after the Brooks & Dunn show on Sept. 8th at Konocti Harbor Resort in Kelseyville CA. and I'm looking for either a pedal steel player or a fiddle player who can play with us cold, no rehearsals. We're doing about half country (mostly newer) and the other h...

Have you gone into the mixer control panel and enabled the line input on your soundcard? It may be muted. Make sure you are in the recording tab under advanced.
