My wife has had a similar experience on Facebook marketplace. Within minutes of listing an item she gets messages asking for a phone number and trying to bypass the safeguards that are in place. I figure legitimate buyers are willing to work with the system.

I’ve been playing more lap steel and dobro due to arthritis in my left thumb. Bar chords on guitar have gotten too painful and it turns out I use a lot of bar chords. Switching to lap style was an easier solution than relearning guitar.

I got the notice too and when I first checked they were listed but now they are shown as out of stock. I suppose they could have sold out that quickly, especially if they didn’t get that many in.
