What next?
Finished the Paul Franklin E9 Steel basics. Not sure I want to spend the $450 for the next course. Is it worth it? I have been checking out Dave Andersons site and I like what I see and I can get a 3 month membership for $60. Any other suggestions?

Ordered my Zum from Doug. Getting an Encore. Been looking around and noticed that Paul Franklin has a site. It is not cheap but I might be able to pay for a year. Is it worth it? Are there other recommended on line lessons or dvd's. Or have I made a bad mistake by getting a pedal steel!

first pedal steel
I am sure this has been asked 100 times but is there any advise for someone who wants to buy their first pedal steel. Looking to keep it no more than $3000. Mostly for alt country and americana but also for blues and rock. Also what would be the best tuning to learn first.
