J.C.Norris & Evans amps

I too have played through Peaveys for 30 years. I now own 2 Evans, an FET 500, a 200, a Peavey Nashville 112. The Peaveys served me well, but I love the tone I get with the both Evans amps. I really wish I could have discovered them long ago. J.C. Norris

Nashville 400

I own a 112, a 1000, and the 400 and for me it's the finest steel guitar amp I've ever tried. As long as I can get one, there's no need for me to try anything else.

Very sad to hear this. Never met Craig but purchased my ' LIl IZZY' about a year ago. There was a delay on shipping it because of something, can;t remember. But He called me twice to touch base with me before it shipped. What a loss to the steel guitar communtiy, but a wonderful gentlemen also. My '...

Thank you Gary. I talked to Lynn before the holidays and we greed to wait til they were over, but he don't return my calls. I'm certain he can handle it, but I just don't believe he has any interest in doing it. He was the very first one I contacted. And I would certainly do it on his schedule, but ...

I've had Sho-Buds up till 5 or so years ago. I did the same thing Erv did, I cut the corners off the inside of both A & B pedals.I now play a 1967 Emmons PP and bought 2 pedals from Billy Knowles and did them the same way. Of course kept the good ones in case I ever want to sell it. This takes c...

Reverb for Steelm Guityar

IMHO the Holy Grail is the best I've ever used. Several of the before mentioned ones, I've never tried. Have always loved the crisp & clean reverb's in the Fender tube amps.
The Holy Grail Nano resembles it very close. Plus you can dial in how much you need. Very reasonably priced for the product.

Holy Grail Settings

I use the hall setting at around 10:00 most of the time. But every once in a while I'll change to spring if I need to dry it up some.
