The way I read Ray's chord is a first inversion Fmin6. This may be because playing the 2nd, 3rd, and 5th string barred straight read as a first inversion of a F6. Then dropping the fifth string down into this split bar gives us the min6. I guess we would need the presence of a 5th or a flatted 5th t...

1956 Rickenbacker DW-12 for sale

Well, I have to sell this Ric. According to my fellow steelers here, it is a 1956 DW-12 (D-6). Guitar is in great shape, but has bit of rust under the chrome on one of the pickups, a couple of scratches on the legs and a few small dings. This is a strong sounding guitar - hotter than my Dual Profess...

Rickenbacker console doubleneck

I have a Rickenbacker double neck and can't find much info on it.
Guessing it is early 60s. Anyone have an idea of its value?
Thank you,

Fender Dual Professional Question

Hi! I am new to this forum and the world of steel. I purchased a 1952 Fender Double Eight which has some issues. One of the pickups has less body than the other. When I roll the tone pot on this thinner pickup the volume all but disappears. It is kinda like having two volume pots (On the other neck ...
