Richard, Welcome to the Forum! I almost missed your post over here. I admire your resiliency. Sounds like you've hooked up with some good guys in the world of steel guitar.

You mentioned losing your leg on 9/11/01. Important date. If you don't mind my asking, any connection there?

Thank you for your service to our country Richard. I know a little bit about agent orange. I have a family member who is suffering from the exposure he received while in Viet Nam.
Wishing you speedy progress with your new guitar and set-up.
[This message was edited by Jerry Overstreet on 06 February 2006 at 08:05 PM.]

Welcome, and every good wish. One of my very few closest friends died from AO some years ago.

I know you appreciate hallowed ground, and for steel, this is close.

Glad to have you with us!

God bless you Richard. Your refusal to allow your physical limitations to discourage your interest in playing is an inspiration to us all. It places our lesser concerns in perspective.
