I need a lap steel stand for standing. I have a remington s-8 with legs that just wobbles when I get it to stand up height. None of the keyboard stands I've tried are high enough. I'm 6"2. It needs to be at least 43" minimum. It also needs to be sturdy as possible with zero wobble. Anyone have any suggestions or experience with this.

The horse itself goes up to 40" ... but by the time you add the platform, etc ... it'll be plenty tall enough (I'm 6'3").

I've had a Dual Pro (DCool and a Magnetone (DCool on it at the same time ... no wobble !!!

I use an ironing board, well, I converted it into a steel guitar stand. Although, you're a lot taller than I am and I think you have more guitar to support than I do.

just a thought though.

Rick, I think I'm going to try that. Thanks for the link. It seems like you've had the same kind of experience.
