Looks very much like a variation of C6 to me, you have the 1 (c), 3(e), 5(g) and 6(a) present in there.
Never seen this layout of it though, I believe the most common version is (low to high) g, a, c, e, g, a, c, e. Some players prefer a high 'g' on top in favor of the low one.

I personally would prefer the same voicing in the Key of (E).
