Need help with radio options

Where can I go to learn how to use all the options available. I need to know how to build a library and save/purchase tunes.

Travis, I can't help you with radio options, and I send my apology for topic drift, but I was a lab-technician for the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority and temporarily lived in Stroud when I-40 was built....my lab was in Depew. Your post brought back memories. Now, back to the topic!
