I thought that was a great camera shot of Mike on GOO; I wish they would do that for every psg musician when they do their instrumental like Mike did. Mr Ray Price still gets it done with "class".

someobody was asking about those EMCI guitars and what tone do they have,I guess this video could be an answer to the tone question.

Cass would make a 2x4 with strings stretched across it sound good.

Man...Mike sounded and played super! Brought back great memories of our old MPLS, MN days hanging out at "Pedal Steel Emporium" on E. Lake St. with Russ Pahl and so many other great steel players living in MPLS at that time (MPLS still has a number of great players!).

Mike...why don't you an instrumental CD of the greatest Ray Price songs?? I'll buy the first dozen!!

Sonny, I once thought about trying a project on some of the pop tunes Ray sings like,
"Happy Aniversary", "Sweetest Sweetheart"
or "I Wont Mention It Again", but I decided that its best left for sound check,or when filling in for The Chief if we rehearse a new string section Melody wise, some of those tunes do take you to interesting places though. Besides, Bobbe's got
"Priceless-II" out now,so there you have it!
but thanks for thinking of me
