I know you guys and gals will not believe this but Christmas is around the corner. I have put in my order for a good C6th course. What I am looking for is one with some jazz chords. I have a couple of Tommy Roots videos, a beginner and an intermedite course. I am looking for some ideas on what you have purchased or would recommend. This year I have worked on the C6th tuning and have loved it very much. I want to order something pretty quick while Mrs. Santa is in the mood to buy. |

It is hard to beat Jeff Newmans course, he starts as if you know nothing and expands it real well. Also he has advance C6 also.

I really like Herbie Wallace and Herb Steiner for C6th. |

Check Diggin' Doug Jernigan's website out. Doug knows a ton on C6th the man can play it all. I have one of his books on C6th for years and still diggin' stuff out of it.

Thanks so much for the input. Maybe I should see if my wife would just get me one of all of them. That would make a nice Christmas gift. |

I personally like them all, Herby could still use the help and his courses are second to none. They each have their own style and diffferent tunings. Good way to stretch yourself buy one of each and see for yourself. Let me be the first to wish you "Merry Christmas".
