Hi Andy, just got your book Lapsttel guitar. Although I read only a few pages, I´´m already inspired. What a great source of information!

Andy, I just wanted to add my thanks for your Lap Steel book. I've learned so much more about the players I've been listening to all my life... their thoughts, their tunings... extremely interesting reading!

Thanks, Mike. I'm humbled you found the book valuable because hearing your first Takoma record as an impressionable 17-year old set me down the path that ultimately led me to create the book. Beautiful work, BTW, on Cindy Cashdollar's new record.
