Paul Siebel had two LPs out - one in 1970 and one in 1971. They were re-issued as one CD in 2004 plus a bonus - previously unissued track entitled 'Nervous'. What excellent playing from Buddy Emmons. Well worth buying the CD just for that track.

If I remember correctly, there was an opening song on one of those albums that had a double tracked pedal steel that was really cool. In the back of my mind, I thought is was Weldon -- but that was about 30 years ago! Boo

I have the vinyl records of these. The earlier of the two "Woodsmoke and Oranges" features Weldon Myrick. "Jack Knife Gypsy", the other, has Buddy Emmons. Both are great albums and I'm glad they're available on CD.

Keep on pickin'!
Glenn
