I will be in Nashville this Friday night, June 23 and would like any advice on where to go to hear some great steel. We will be staying in Hendersonville but I am willing to travel if need be. Any suggestions/advice would be appreciated.

Mike "Cookie" Jones will be at the Long Hollow Jamboree Friday 7:30 - 11:00. It's on Long Hollow Pike. The other players will be Ric Boyer, Rick Vanaugh, Kathy Kuhn, Damon Gray and fellow Buckey Billy Johnson. Come see us.

I ALWAYS make it to Bobbe's place when I get to N'ville. I love the Long Hollow Jamboree, we went there last time we were down and Weldon Myrick was playing,what a great time we had! If I can convince the rest of the troop to go Long Hollow sounds like a great setup.
