I just worked a show with Janie last weekend (as opener) and she did not have a steel player, but her band was very good and she's a real nice gal. So go see the show and tell them the steel player from Midwest Country in Minnesota says "Hey".

Hey Guys,

I was the Steel player/Lead guitar player for three years with Janie...up till last year when I resigned to stay a little closer to home and catch more of my son's ballgames.

I still do some SUB work when one of the band members are out.

I will be playing guitar and Pedal Steel on her new album. We will start working on that in the next few weeks.

I played steel on some shows, (early 70s) when Janie was singing with Johnny Duncan.

In the early 80's, a fellow named Don Gorman was doubling on a Dekley steel & guitar for her.

I thought Danny Naccarato was playing steel for Janie Frickie?

Unless something has changed, Danny is still with Johnny Lee last I heard.

I left Janie last Dec.. Great person, singer, etc. not to mention lot's of fun. However, I couldn't do the schedule they were embarking on this year.

As for Johnny Lee, Dick, I left that gig about 2 years ago. Another fun artist and gig...

Man, where has time gone. I can't even remember the last time I saw you.
