Who plays for Merle? I saw him a few weeks ago. He is a white haired old boy like me.

Norm is one of the original Strangers with Merle, and the GFI Website says he is Merle's longtime steel player. Brett, Emmons S-10, Morrell lapsteel, GFI Ultra D-10

Norm has been w/ Merle since 1967. That's 39 yrs. That's gotta be some kinda world's record.

ANYBODY. Can you get the Strangers instrumental album on CD? I can't find it anywhere. Wasn't it recorded in the late 60's? I wore the LP out. Norm did some great stuff on that one.

I have all of the Strangers albums and have transferred them all to CD. But.....they are for my own use and I would never copy them for 3rd party use.
