Shelby Lynn's latest CD "Suit Yourself" covers this tune with steel also. It's the untitled last track (track 12). Credits list Robby Turner on steel.

Conway Twitty & rhythm & blues singer Sam Moore also recorded the song for an album called "Rhythm, Country, and Blues" and Robby Turner played steel on the song and appeared in the video, playing an Emmons D-10. Brett, Emmons S-10, Morrell lapsteel, GFI Ultra D-10

Yeah, Brett - I remember that version, but couldn't remember whether it had steel on it. They smoked that tune. Guess I better go get a copy of the CD.
