Close Skip, the answer to this question is Yes!I played drums on most of the first album.I still play the drums,it is my main axe BUT in the past year or so i have taken up the pedal steel guitar-I have played in bands over the past 40 years that have had some great steel players Skip incl.(Juice Newton)so....about two years ago I went to a steel show in Mesa,az I grew up in Phx,az but lived in Hollywood,ca for about ten years(70's&80's)I got hooked after all these years-it is a fun axe but very hard-Hey, I have all the time in the world-I'm in no hurry.Well, there you go.Mickey.

Wow.... I didn't know that! I played on a Blue Steel LP that Michael Huey played on, second LP I think, but I had no idea that you did as well.

Just goes to show that you can learn something new every day... sorry for jumpin' in.

Good to hear from you...

Skip:You can jump in anytime you like! This proves that my brain is still working a little bit...I used to rent a room from Leonard Arnold"Blue Steel".Michael Dinner used to get a lot of air play in Austin when I lived there,I've searched for that record couldn't find anything.I see the name Michael Dinner as a writer on some T.V.shows...is that the same guy?Hey I'm Columbo!

Stu,Michael Dinner did two LP's then went to AFI in westwood,ca which is a film school-he became a producer and director-a good one-I have not seen him in many years but he sure could write great songs but he lost his taste for the music biz.
