So many folks have asked what my new Rains sounds like. I wrote and recorded this little tune in my home studio this morning. It's got lots of warts... specially the steel playing. Here it is, warts and all.

The tune is:
1. Me on Steel
2. Me on accoustic guitar
3. Me on bass
4. Drums on demand.... (loops... I pasted loops together to make up the drum track)
5. An intro fiddle loop. (I could play this part but it's easier to use the loop)

Oh yeah... there are plenty of clunkers on there on the steel. I can hear em all. I could go back and overdub the mistakes, but I'm too lazy

I'm working on another steel based song. I couldn't find a fiddle loop for it that I liked, so I played the fiddle part. I'll post it when it's more complete. In the mean time, I've posted a new little song called Hamer Time, to demo my new Hamer Monaco Elite. http://www.soundclick.com/bands/pagemusic.cfm?bandID=525376
