I received Keith's new CD yesterday. It's exactly as he described it and captures the great sound that Nashville used to have. The 4/4 shuffles, fiddle, steel, tic tac bass that really enhance the singer (who isn't too bad either).
The album can be ordered directly from Keith. It should also be in the forum catalog for wider distribution. |

The singer who did a fantastic job is my old friend Gary Atkinson. I can't think of any singer who could have done this album as good as Gary.
Both CDs are also available on my website by clicking a PayPal "buy now" button. You can also listen to sample sound clips of all the songs.

This is a classic CD. It's genuine C/W. I like the way Wade Landry was let go to play. Keith, this is a fine production.

Thanks guys! Playing was easy with a great band, and great singers. I told Bobby Fores he might learn some new Tommy Jackson fiddle from Wade Landry. When Wade first came to Branson, I knew a great talent had come to Town. You are correct, I let Wade lose on fiddle. This is hard core Texas Dance Hall Music. As you can probably tell from this CD, I love the music put out by Bobby Flores, Jake Hooker, Justin Trevino, and Amber Digby. The main difference in my band is the Tic Tac bass, although Justin Trevino can get close without using a baritone guitar on top of the bass. Here is my opinion--Turn up the fiddles, and let the E9th Pedal Steel Guitar go CRAZY! I think I finally got all my web domains pointed to the same place. If you try any of these domains you should get to my web site: www.hiltonelectronics.com www.hiltonelectronis.net www.keithhiltonelectronics.com
Once to my web site you can hear samples of our CD. You can also go to John Daughtery's web site. John wrote the song on the CD-"Between The Roses." Maybe John will someday tell us about the girl he was sweet on? The girl the roses were going to. |

I knew Keith was a good steel player, but he really sounds great on this CD. Hat's off to all involved in this recording project. Well done! |

Thanks Duane. Duane and I go back a long long time. Back to the time Duane quit the Clay and Vicky Campbell show, and I took his place playing steel guitar. Duane was playing Tommy White's blue Emmons. Boy did that Emmons sound sweet! Duane has a music store with some great deals. You can check him out on the web at Duane's Music. |

Got my cd's in the mail yesterday and have been wearing them out. I ordered the minus steel track too so I can jam along with the songs. I'm going to try and mimic those tastey licks Keith got there and find some of my own. This is a steeler's motherload of good ole 4/4 and just makes you want to get in there and try something of your own. Thanks Keith for bringing back a wonderful sound and a top notch band to boot.

Thanks Rick for the good words about our CD.
I had a blast playing with the Fred Lacy band while you were away. They are a bunch of nice guys. I had played with David, the piano player, before. Are you coming to the Steel Guitar Show in Siloam Springs, Arkansas this weekend? You are only about an hour away where you live. |

Keith, I had my heart set on the Siloam Springs Show and my wife informed me that we had signed up for a horse seminar in St. Louis the same weekend, so I have been sulking for about 3 weeks since I found out. I really appreciate you setting in for me while my steel was sick. I'm still not completely satisfied with the results and I will be checking them "all" out in St. Louis this year. The band couldn't stop talking about your great picking and now expect me to live up to it..."Thanks"...haha. See you soon

I recieved my copy a couple days ago and friends this is a Great Shuffle CD!
It reminds me of the great shuffle tunes by Johnny Bush, Ray Price and Tony Booth. When you listen to this cd it's back to back shuffles with all barrels loaded. You just don't get tired of hearing the tunes. The vocals are great and Keith's Steel playing is reminsicent of the great Country Steel players we all wanted to play like.
Keith's done his homework you'll hear the influence of Jimmy Day, Lloyd Green and of course Mr. Big E Buddy Emmons. Keith, I salute you and your friends for the fantastic job you all done recording this Classic Sounding Texas Shuffle CD!
GOD bless!
