Pay Pal scam, follow up- what to do

Pay Pal is actively hunting these scammers and trying to shut them down. if/when you get one of these phoney E-mails, you need to forward them to spoof@paypal.com

I apologise for re-opening this after you closed it Bobby, but people need to know what to do when they are targeted by these thieves who are attempting to steal their identity.
