I have no idea how we got off so lucky south of Music Row. My wife drove through golfball sized hail just a few blocks north on her way home from work but all we got at the house was a little rain.
I'm glad to hear the forumites further north seem to be okay. This was a horrible chain of storms that easily could have been even much worse than it was. I sure liked middle Tennessee a whole lot more when every tornado seemed to be waaaay west of us rather than right here. |

I'm up in Madison and I got about 1/2 my roof blown off in the storm preceeding the last one and then in the last one it blew even more off. So I'm lucky it didn't hurt anyone here.

| We were very lucky as well ! 2 tonadoes came at us from the Brentwood area, right over the house, large hail, wind, & rain blew out windows,for a while there, I thought we were in flight ! tryed to cover windows , but to many small trees that were just planted came flying by ! there was so much large hail it looked like it had just snowed! but we were lucky they didnt completely touch down. I know other people in this area were not so lucky !! as well as the Hendersonville, area. |
